Accept the Challenge

Dear Students and Parents,

"Accept the Challenge" is Arlington Catholic's motto. What exactly does "Accept the Challenge" mean?

Well, we believe this simple phrase takes on several meanings that reflect the mission and atmosphere of Arlington Catholic High School.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means a curriculum that is academically rigorous and provides a strong foundation for college and future success.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means acknowledging our role in society and working to improve society through service projects, donations, clubs, and activities that focus on social issues.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means accepting individual responsibility for your personal actions.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means being part of a school culture that is Christian and value based with a clear distinction between right and wrong.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means competing in an athletic program that is respected and competitive.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means believing that privileges are earned.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means contributing to insure a safe and secure school environment.

"Challenge" at Arlington Catholic means recognizing your role in our school philosophy "fidelitas" or faithfulness and the importance of remaining faithful to your school.

We believe the mission not only is real, but also one that is needed more than ever. We work hard every day to meet those goals; a challenging task in today's society. We are very proud of our accomplishments and hope those of you who are associated with us share that pride.

Sincerely,
Mr. B.
